ROG Member Assortment
SM Bus Controller is not installed?
I take done a search and I cannot find the answer...
I keep getting "SM Coach Controller is not installed" bulletin for my PC nether the "Device and Printers" carte du jour from the Command console. I have installed the latest chipset drivers for my MB from the Asus driver/support page. Am I missing something?

Go to device manager and see if any devices are showing with a yellow triangle.

When I go into "Device Managing director" on the left mitt side of the window there is a tab listed as "Other devices". When y'all click the tab other devices, information technology shows SM Bus Controller with the yellow triangle...

Yes, I did install the lastest chipset commuter already. Originally Posted by Nate152 I downloaded and installed Version nine.5.fifteen.1730 from ASUS. It even so says No driver detected for SM Controller...

Nate... I figured information technology out... I was installing the latest Intel Management Engine and not the chipset itself... Asus through me off when they include that in the chipset tab...

I know this is a bit erstwhile, I wanted to thank @chiefzeke as your comment got me pointed in the right direction. I constitute https://downloadcenter.intel.com/dow...et-INF-Utility and information technology sorted the bug out, I believe information technology works for all intel chipsets.
